My story

Entrepreneur J.P. Duvet's portrait Digital executive with over 20 years of experience, delivered consistently high.

Always passionate about technology, it’s funny to have created one of the first websites in 1992 at the time when the whole list fit on a single page per country.

Founder and CEO of ComingWorks (Singapore 2015-now)
We setup cwixy, a multi-sided business platform for location-based products & services with the vision that “a good map is worth a thousand words”.

Our mission is to help consumers decide faster and smarter for a purchase, a booking, a visit etc.; companies to scale up sales and customer experience with ready solutions that requires zero tech knowledge; and advertisers connect to a niche audience in ways from brand placement to embedded sales.

CEO Asia at Worldline by Atos (Asia 2014-2015)
I led 1000 payment digital service experts in 7 countries (China, India ...) with the mission to open new business borders and to get an “Asian” growth rate on the 60M€ of revenue in this region.

CEO India at Worldline by Atos (India 2012-2013)
Mid of 2012, as new CEO, I had to urgently fix a -10% operating margin issue while keeping the same high revenue growth target. It was required to reshape the company’s functioning, to sell a loss making business line, to kill another one and to refocus the sale force on value added services with an improved delivery.
In 18 months, we achieved a recovery with double digit operating margin and double digit revenue growth, without any customer loss, for a total revenue of 20M€.
I found nothing more gratifying but to see, within the staff, a recovered trust in future and the pride for their individual contribution.

COO India at Worldline by Atos (India 2011-2012)
Following a takeover, I merged the 500 employee Indian payment leader into Worldline to further develop the business with local public bodies, banks and thousands of merchants.

Business Unit Manager at Worldline by Atos (Europe 2008-2010)
I created a business unit to become the largest internet payment provider in Europe in 2010 (ADN survey).
With a team of 100, we delivered highly secured cloud payment services to European government agencies, banks and thousands of retailers for a total revenue of 20M€.

From R&D to business line manager at Worldline by Atos (France 1996-2007)
I occupied various positions with a mix of management and technical responsibilities to sale, design, build, run and host digital services for eTrading startups, retailers, media and banks.
Excited about new technology and new usages, I started my career as R&D engineer, building the first dynamic web/mobile apps and voice command services.
Previously and just after a Master of Science in 1995, I served 1 year in the French navy.
